Avery's 3rd Birthday Party

I had the pleasure of photographing Avery's 3rd Birthday party which was a lot of wild and crazy fun at Appalachian Gymnastics. Avery LOVES Dora the Explorer, who even came to visit her at the party. She had a great time playing at the gym, eating her cake, seeing her friends, and especially hugging Dora.

The Hess Family

I am so very happy that I was FINALLY able to photograph this sweet family! Dawn and I have been friends for a while now and I can remember her saying for the past year or so "we need to get you to take some pictures for us". We finally got around to it on this BEAUTIFUL fall afternoon!!! This photo session was a year in the making and I was extremely happy to capture some sweet moments with these great friends. The Stewarts

As always, I LOVE LOVE LOVE having photo shoots, especially with wonderful families like the Stewarts. I hope you enjoyed climbing on hay bales, stompin' around an old barn, and enjoying the beautiful fall weather as much as I did!!!

Happy Birthday!

It had been too long since I had photographed a birthday and it was SUCH FUN to be able to document Kynzi's 2nd birthday bash with my camera. It's a joy for me to be a part of these moments of great fun and laughter for the kids and adults alike. I'm so glad that I was able to do this. Happy Birthday, Kynzi!

One going on two-cute!

I had the pleasure of photographing Kynzi again as she is about to turn 2! She was a delight to photograph as she romped around the yard, played with balloons and bubbles, and made a mess with a great big-ol' pink cupcake. I'm excited to photograph her upcoming birthday party in just a few more weeks!

Kynzi

I was SO EXCITED to have a Christmas photo shoot today, especially with this little cutie. She definitely is queen of the castle and was infatuated with all of the beautiful Christmas decor in the home. We had lots of fun chasing her around the home and grounds, capturing the fun she was having...and WILL have this Christmas season. I can't wait to show all the pictures!

The Stewart Family

Oh, it was so much fun to photograph this family! Emma Grace was a bundle of energy and really warmed up to the camera. She had lots of fun running and playing...so much fun that she often got distracted, but sometimes those moments can be the most photogenic. And little miss Molly...what a doll! This little girl was a gem in front of the lens. I have SO many pictures, but here is just a small sample of the session. Thanks for letting me shoot for your family, Hillary and David! It was a blast!

The Longs!

OK, so it's been about 10 days since this photoshoot and I'm just now getting around to the sneak peak! Thanks for your patience, Aimee!

This was such a fun photoshoot with the Longs. I've been photographing them for almost 2 years and it's such fun to look back and see how much these beautiful kids have grown. Aimee always has great ideas about where to shoot and I was thrilled with the idea of shooting the kids down by the railroad tracks in Jonesborough. The pics turned out great and the kids had lots of fun getting messy!

The Wilhjelms

We had a wild time tonight at the VA chase around the kids in their Easter finest trying to get a few pictures of Carly, Brock and Bryson for the Spring season. These kids move and move fast! It's been fun to see this family grow!!! And Karen, I don't know how you do it all with these three active ones while keeping a big smile on your face! I'm inspired!
